The V450 is Milgard’s production-built vinyl window, made for new construction and for builders putting the same window in a lot of openings. Welded frames, warm-edge spacers and a classic profile that suits everything from a cape cod to a modern farmhouse.
Why homeowners pick the V450
Extruded and capstock colors
White, tan and adobe come color-matched inside and out. Capstock exteriors add bronze or black with a white interior, which is the combination most Portland builders are asking for right now.
Sealed against our winters
A warm-edge spacer system improves the seal on the insulated glass unit, and the welded, multi-chambered frame and sash add strength where the window meets the weather.
A profile that fits the neighborhood
The V450 reads as a classic window rather than a builder-grade one, which keeps it at home on colonials, cape cods and farmhouse elevations alike.
